About Us

Patch and Bloom Therapy was born from the understanding that healing is rarely linear — it’s a rhythm of mending and growth. Each of us carries stories stitched together by moments of joy and rupture, strength and softness. This practice holds space for both — for the places that ache and the parts that are ready to bloom again.

 

The name reflects the dual process of emotional restoration: “Patch” represents care, compassion, and the mindful tending to what has been hurt or broken. “Bloom” speaks to resilience — the quiet, courageous unfolding that follows healing.

 

Rooted in relational and holistic psychotherapy, Patch and Bloom Therapy offers an integrative approach blending evidence-based techniques (such as CBT, mindfulness, and somatic awareness) with creative exploration. It is a space that honors authenticity, curiosity, and connection. Whether you’re navigating transitions, grief, anxiety, burnout, or the search for meaning, we walk beside you in rediscovering balance and self-trust.

About the Founder

I’m Kheyali Vaze, a counselling psychologist and psychotherapist. My journey into mental health has been shaped by a rich and diverse professional background spanning over 14 years across education, art, community engagement, culinary industry, and therapeutic practice.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with over 520 hours of supervised training and more than 40 certifications in varied therapeutic modalities to work with children and adults. My clinical experience includes 150+ hours of individual and group sessions with children with special needs, as well as 60+ hours of one-on-one work with adults navigating a range of emotional and psychological concerns.

At Patch and Bloom Therapy, I bring together evidence-based psychological approaches, creativity, and empathy to create an individualized and holistic therapeutic experience. I believe therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process—it’s a collaborative journey toward understanding, healing, and growth.
